PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oven, securing a high thermal efficiency and a wide variable range of combustion amount and realizing a highly durable type burner having workability while realizing excellent cooking performance. SOLUTION: A slit flame port group 21, bored on the slanted surfaces 20 of a burner cap 17 having a substantially regular hexagonal piramid shape, is equipped with upper burner ports 24 and lower burner ports 25, divided into up-and-down stages through a no-burner-port part 23. According to this method, the interference of flames in the direction of a plane and the up-and-down direction is restricted by a ridgeline 19 and the no-burner-port part 23 whereby the length of the flames can be shortened and, further, the change of slit width of burner ports due to the use for a long period of time is restrained whereby the durability of the burner can be improved.
