Antenna part (20) and filter part (18) formed in dielectric substrate are connected through a capacitor (C5) to each other. The antenna part has spiral-shaped structure. The length of the resonator arranged on the input side of the filter differs from the length of the resonator arranged on the output side (22). Antenna has various electrodes and material used for the electrodes have small attenuation with low specific resistance.
