The peripheral unit comprises a sequential network (10) having first inputs (x2, x1, x0) receiving primary input signals (X2, X1, X0) and first outputs (z2, z1, z0) adapted to supply primary output signals (Z2, Z1, Z0) for the control (33, 35) of the device (Di).
