PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts at low cost, to eliminate the need for caulking work, to simplify assembly and to provide satisfactory mass- productivity by providing a hole for holding a shaft part on a second linking member, locking the tilted part of the shaft part in the hole and holding an operating rod on the second linking member. SOLUTION: An operating rod 4 forms a flat part 4e while facing one part of a cylindrical part 4c and on this flat part 4e, an oval shaft part 4f is formed while being projected orthogonally in the axial direction. On a second linking member 5, a center hole 5c is provided through the operating rod 4 and the outer form is shaped from a rectangular supporting part 5a. On a laterally long side wall 5b of this supporting part 5a, a round hole 5b capable of engaging the shaft part 4f of the operating rod 4 is passed through or formed into recess for a prescribed depth. Besides, the lower side of the inner surface of the round hole 5d is formed into tapered part along with the tilted part of the shaft part 4f. Then, the shaft part 4f of the operating rod 4 is snapped into the round hole 5d so as to hold the operating rod 4 on the second linking member 5.
