PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make measurable fine particles in real time by introducing an exhaust gas from an internal engine directly to a high-frequency induction coupling plasma emission spectrochemical analysis device from a line for sampling the exhaust gas and measuring fine particle constituent element in the exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A dilution tunnel 2 directly introduces the exhaust gas from a diesel car 1 that mounts an internal combustion diesel engine from an introduction path 14 and dilutes the exhaust gas by a dilution gas A being taken in from the other introduction path 15. A high-frequency induction coupling plasma emission spectrochemical analysis device 4 is subjected to branch connection to the downstream part of the dilution tunnel 2 via a line 13 for sampling the exhaust gas. A constant amount of dilution sample gas S constantly flows into the tunnel 2 by a constant-capacity sampling device 3 being connected to the downstream side of the tunnel 2. Then, by introducing one portion of the diluted sample gas S to the plasma emission spectrochemical analysis device 4, the constituent element of fine particles contained in the sample gas S can be analyzed.
