PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance using a plurality of low-cost load cells, without increasing the number of components even when using load cell blocks asymmetric to the center line of a strain generating body. SOLUTION: A balance has such a structure that a balance pan 6 is supported with supports 2-3 to 5-3 located on load acting points of a plurality of load cells 2-5. The load cells 2-5 are disposed so that the supports 2-3 to 5-3 provided at the load acting points locate at equi-spaced positions on a circle 7 concentric with the center O of the pan 6 and the cells 2-5 take the same attitude to the center O at the positions.
