PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to output a file again after confirming the image quality of a received and outputted file, to confirm the image quality of a confidentially received file and to quickly eliminate it as unneeded information, when there is no problem on quality. SOLUTION: The receiving side user of this digital compound machine checks the image quality of a 'confidentially received file' that is outputted one time and can select whether information is easier to see by setting a reduction printing function and storing the information in one single sheet of paper or there is no problem in the state of division output as is. Since reduction printing function uses density conversion function of the printer of a digital copying machine main body, beautiful image quality can be obtained, without making differences in the variable power rate between the horizontal and vertical scanning directions. Also, for image density when being outputted, outputting can be performed again after resetting an image density, when the receiving side user decides that it is better to check an outputted image and to change images.
