PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting capacitance between conductors of a circuit consisting of a dielectric and a plurality of conductors in contact on the dielectric. SOLUTION: The dielectric 1 around conductors 2, 3 of the circuit is partially removed (b). Removing the dielectric 1 changes an electric field passing through around and the inside of the dielectric (c) in comparison with the state of the electric field before removing it (a). The change in the electric field causes a change in capacitance between the conductors. Thus, the capacitance component between the conductors can be adjusted in this way. Furthermore, since the conductor parts are not removed in this case, the resistance and the inductance of the conductors are not changed. |
