PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily performable a shutdown operation after an analysis is finished, to stop a automatic analyzer completely, and to make achievable a desired standby state. SOLUTION: After an analysis is finished, an operator collectively inputs and sets operations of respective parts of a gas chromatographic mass spectroscope(GC/MS) on a daily shutdown screen 40. The operator not only turns off the operations, but also sets a temperature and a flow rate by using a numerical value in the respective parts as required. When all the input and setting operations are completed, an 'Execution' button 44 is clicked. Then, a control signal is sent out to the respective parts according to the contents of the input setting operations in such a way that the operations are controlled so as to be stopped and that a prescribed temperature or a prescribed flow rate is controlled so as to be maintained.
