PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wedge fixing support device capable of applying a downward preliminary load force to a gravity wedge of an inlet mixer of a jet pump, and attaching the wedge by remote control without disassembling the jet pump. SOLUTION: This wedge fixing support device 40 applies a downward force to a gravity wedge to compensate a force by a weight of the gravity wedge and to improve a lateral support action of the gravity wedge on an inlet mixer. The wedge fixing support device 40 has an upper leaf spring assembly having a shape engaging with a bracket of the gravity wedge, a lower leaf spring assembly slidably connected to the upper leaf spring assembly and having a shape engaging with a top part of the wedge, and a jack bolt connected to the upper and lower assemblies.
