PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-disclosed information in a memory from being read out to the external by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A processor device 1 is provided with a memory device 3 capable of storing a program and a processor unit 2 connected to the device 3 through a bus line and having a fetch cycle for reading out a program instruction from the device 3 and an execution cycle for executing the instruction and constituted so that a part concerned with at least a part of address space of the device 3 can be read out only by a signal expressing the fetch cycle from the unit 2.
