The present invention provides liquid sunscreen compositions in which the concentration of the sunscreen component (c) is above the solubility limit o f the sunscreen component in the surfactant system in which said sunscreen component is used; and which comprise minimal levels of cationic polymer. Th e compositions of the invention provide greater deposition of sunscreen and enhanced SPF. Further, the compositions also maintain a good lather volume.< /SDOAB>
