CURRENT DETECTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detecting circuit which is not affected by temperature characteristics of an element on the circuit. SOLUTION: The current detecting circuit is constituted by connecting a shunting path 4 which shunts a main current in parallel to a power device 1 where the main current flows and provided with a shunting transistor 2 and a detection part 8 which are connected in series in the shunting path 4 and finds the main current flowing to the power device 1 on the basis of the detection output of the detection part 8, and the detection part 8 is provided with a heat-sensitive element which reacts to the temperature of the power device 1.
