PURPOSE: A memory debugging method in a real time multitasking operating system is provided to debug a certain region without affecting an operation of a processor in a real time operating system of a CDMA communication system. CONSTITUTION: In a process in which a command is inputted for performing a time-based memory debugging operation, an address of a memory which will be debugged is inputted. A time unit information for a debugging operation is inputted. When a debugging stop command is inputted, an operation of a timer is stopped, and a debugging operation of the memory is stopped. In a process in which a command is inputted for performing a process-based debugging operation, an address of a memory which will be debugged is inputted. A normal memory data is inputted. A data stored in a memory data address inputted and a memory data inputted are compared. In the case that both data are same, the same debugging operation is repeatedly performed. If not same, an address of a task which performed the debugging operation is outputted. The debugging operation of the memory is stopped.
