PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a silver spoon with a gold leaf-patterned handle is provided, to make a fine appearance of the spoon and prevent the appearance from being damaged by attaching a thin plate made by jointing gold leaf and silver leaf to a fixed space of the handle. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) producing a silver spoon(1) with a concave part(4) at a front central part of the handle; (ii) forming a silver leaf plate part(5) with a quadrilateral groove(7a) where a gold leaf(6) is inserted and flatting the surfaces of the silver and the gold leaves by passing through a roller; (iii) shaping patterns on the gold leaf fit to the patterns(8) formed on the handle; and (iv) inserting and attaching the silver leaf to the concave part of the handle firmly.
