PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing video/audio alarms of a BSM(Base Station Manager) is provided to separate fault state alarms of BSC(Base Station Controllers) and BTS(Base Station Transceiver Subsystems) according to fault grades, so as to inform an operator of the separated fault state alarms as video/audio alarm types. CONSTITUTION: A BSM(Base Station Manager)(102) receives predetermined bit data transmitted from BSC(Base Station Controllers)(101) and BST(Base Station Transceiver Subsystems)(100), and stores the predetermined bit data. The BSM(102) reads the stored data, then decides whether fault state alarm data exist. If so, the BSM(102) classifies the fault state alarm data according to fault grades. The BSM(102) visibly and audibly displays the fault state alarm data, according to fault states classified by the fault grades.
