PURPOSE: A control method of a R2(Register 2) transit call managing device of a mobile communication exchange is provided to detect a signal detected from a remote station by an RTTA(R2 MFC(Multi-Frequency Compelled)/DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency)/CCT(Continuity Check Tone), Audible Tone Transceiver), and to read a detected value by the RTTA for transmitting to a main processor. Therefore, it is possible to improve a processing speed of a TLSP(Time Switch and Local Service Processor), and to reduce an error generating rate. CONSTITUTION: If RTTAs(R2 MFC(Multi-Frequency Compelled)/DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency)/CCT(Continuity Check Tone), Audible Tone Transceivers)(10) generate an event that a detection R2(Register 2) signal transmitted from a remote station is detected, a TLSP(Time Switch and Local Service Processor)(20) leads an inner buffer of a corresponding RTTA to read out valid data, and transmits the valid data to an MP(Main Processor) for reporting. The TLSP(20) stores the R2 signal requested from the MP in a self write buffer, and writes the stored valid data as the RTTAs(10).
