PURPOSE: A circuit for comparing a differential voltage is provided to reduce power consumption and a layout area without additional capacitors or resistors. CONSTITUTION: A first and second input voltage generating unit(20,21) is composed of a plurality of MOS-FET(P1-P4,N1-N14) and generates input voltage in response to input voltage(Vin+,Vin-). The input voltage is higher than the input voltage in four times. A comparing unit compares the input voltages to each other generated from the first and second input voltage generating unit(20,21). An output unit selectively outputs the compared voltage from the comparing unit. The depletion region on each MOS-FET(P1-P4,N1-N14) can be controlled. The power consumption and the layout area is reduced.
