PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate seeing of an indication, showing the opening and closing condition of an opening and closing valve of gas in a front panel, and reduce a gap formed between a front panel and a valve operating mechanism. SOLUTION: A front panel 6 is provided with an upper window 15, a lower window 16 and an indicating window 17 while a shutter plate 6, having a cam follower unit 21 along the rear surface of the front panel 6, is provided elevatably. The shutter plate 6 is provided with a swing plate 21, hang by a shaft unit 21a, while a swing plate 21 is provided with a push-up cam 21b and a push button 21c. A head 12a for a push-push mechanism 10 for operating an opening and closing valve 7, is contacted forcibly by the resilient force of a returning spring in the mechanism 10 to the rear surface of the push-up cam 21b to push a shutter plate 18 up by a cam effect and necessary indication is effected through the indication window 17 while closing the upper window 15. When the push button 21 is pushed, the shutter plate 18 is dropped on the push button to close the lower window 16.
