PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform selection of a direction of a flow at a branch point of a liquid flowing through a line by operating a direction selector valve at the branch point of a line according to the magnitude of a temperature of the liquid flowing through the line. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with an oscillating valve member 6 situated between a discharge part 3 on the high temperature side and a discharge part 4 on the low temperature side. In the contraction state of an operation member 9 formed of a shape memory alloy and contracted when temperature is high, the valve member 6 is oscillated and inclined to the discharge part 4 side on the low temperature side and closed. Through the force of a return spring 10, energizing is executed to the restoration state of the operation member 9 and in the restoration direction of the operation member 9, and the valve member 6 is oscillated and inclined to the discharge part 3 on the high temperature side and closed.
