DEVICE OF ANTI INFERIOR WELDING BY DETECTING ARC CURRENT

PURPOSE: A welding trouble preventing device for a manual welder is provided to inform an operator of welding trouble with a buzzer and a lamp by sensing the abnormality of arc current with a current transformer. CONSTITUTION: An arc welding device of a manual welder(2) comprises a welding portion(6) clamping a welded material(4); a motor(10) stopping or rotating the welding portion using a power train(8); a welding torch(12) welding the welded material; a welding wire feeding container(16) receiving and drawing a welding wire(14); and a welding wire feeder(20) automatically feeding the welding wire to the welding torch. The manual welder is contacted with a welding power unit(22), a current transformer and the input portion of a controller(24) so that welding arc current is inputted to the controller and the controller compares the welding arc current with reference arc current. When the welding arc current is over the reference arc current, the controller stops the manual welder.
