PURPOSE: Provided is a transfer film for uneven surfaces of various types of patterns such as steel, aluminum, plastic, ceramic, rubber, or glass, which has good qualities in resistance to alkali, hardness, and thickness. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a transfer film for uneven surfaces of various types of patterns comprises the steps of: (i) combining against main film layer water 40-60%, polyvinylalcohol 22.5-33.5%, starch 8-12%, sugar 2-4%, soap 3-7%, glue 1-3%, latex 3-7%, and silicon oil 0.5-2%, melting at 80-100 deg.C, extruding at 5m/min speed through a roller of 20-100μm thickness, drying with hot air of 60-80deg.C and cooling with cool wind; (ii) printing patterns on the main film layer through gravure, offset or silk screen method; and (iii) coating the printed transfer film with transparent paint, lacquer, primer or resin.
