PURPOSE: An up-down type carriage tower is provided to be easily loaded on a carriage box of a car by separating the carriage tower to be lifted from a ground. CONSTITUTION: Vertical inlet grooves(5) and horizontal guide grooves(6) are respectively formed on four corners of a carriage tower. A hydraulic device(4) is mounted on one side of the carriage tower(1) to be operated by battery power of a car. Pistons of hydraulic cylinders(10) are operated by the hydraulic device(4) and the cylinders(10) are respectively inserted into the vertical inlet grooves(5) to be connected to the four corners of the carriage tower through supporters(11) supporting the weight of the carriage tower, which are inserted into the horizontal guide grooves(6).
