FLAP AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLING MACHINE OF A SLIDE FASTENER

PURPOSE: An automatic assembling machine of the pull tap of a slide fastener is provided to improve the productivity of the slide fastener. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises: (i) a hexahedral-shaped slider aligning stand(310) where a partly one-side open slider aligning pipe(311) is perforatively formed in longitudinal direction; (ii) a pull tap aligning stand(320) where a front side open pull tap aligning pipe is formed in longitudinal direction; and (iii) an assembling unit(330) which comprises a pushing member(333), a guiding cam bracket(334), an assembling bracket(335) and a compressing roller(336), where the pushing member performs an alternating motion by being connected to a rod(332) coupled to an eccentric axis of a disc shaped driving wheel(331) driven by a motor.
