PURPOSE: A twin mixing mill being used for refining tire and a rubber feeding method thereof are provided which improve productivity by automatically injecting rubber into a first mill and transferring the rubber to a second mill and prevent vulcanization of the rubber caused by excessive mixing work at the first mill. CONSTITUTION: The twin mixing mill comprises: (i) a chute(10) which discharges rubber(A); (ii) a first mill(20) which repeatedly mixes the injected rubber from the chute; (iii) a second mill(30) which secondarily mixes the rubber; (iv) a connecting conveyor(40) which is positioned between the first mill and the second mill to supply the first mixing completed rubber in the first mill to the second mill; (v) a feeding means which re-injects the rubber into the first mill; (vi) a detecting means(8) which detects the mixed degree of the rubber; and (vii) a controller(9) which drives a switching means and a cutting means(12) according to the signal of the detecting means to move the first mixing completed rubber to the switching means and transfer the rubber to the second mill with cutting the rubber on the switching means. The method comprises steps of: (i) after supplying the rubber from the chute to the first mill, continuously injecting the rubber into the first mill by the feeding means; (ii) detecting the mixed degree of the rubber by the detecting means; (iii) determining the first mixing degree of the rubber by receiving the signal from the detecting means; (iv) if the rubber is not completely mixed, continuously circulating the rubber in the feeding means; and (v) if the rubber is completely mixed, transferring the first mixing completed rubber via the connection conveyor to the second mill by driving the switching means.
