PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for heat processing foods automatically capable of setting a proper processing time by appearance, size and property of the food particles, which can prevent the foods from being scorched or burned during the process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a raw food supply part including a raw food material storing tank(113) and a supply device(114) installed at the lower part of the storing tank for taking out a fixed amount of food material per a unit time, a food processing part composed of a processing container(121) of which height from the ground is adjustable by a removing screw that is supported rotatably, a motor(124) connected to the processing container through a universal joint capable of accepting eccentric degrees and direction differences based on changes of inclination angle of the processing container and a thermometer(135) adjusting burning of a burner(125) by detecting a temperature of combustion gas and controlling the processing temperature, and a processed food storing part having a collecting container(141) placed below the outlet port of the processing tank for receiving the discharged processed foods and a processed food storing tank(143) for storing the resulting processed foods drawn out from the collecting container by a pulling device(142).
