PURPOSE: An apparatus with a storage device for processing a digital signal is provided to reduce searching time by embodying a structure of a DSP, in which calculation time for searching depends on the number of external input bits. CONSTITUTION: A storage device(30) stores data and outputs a word and bit units in response to a control signal from a control logic(33). An input unit receives the external input signal inputted thereto. A bit logic comparator(34) compares external output inputted with input unit to bit unit by using bit unit input of the storage device(30). A plurality of cells are a storage unit for storing data, a plurality of cells are arranged a plurality of row and a plurality of column, forming cell array, providing a storage device of a digital signal.
