PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for artificial rice containing mugwort is provided, which shows good quality and special scent when it is matured. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process comprises the steps of: passing water through an ion exchange resin, neutralizing the purified ionic water, adding natural essential oil and glycine, mixing by shaking, soaking the washed edible mugwort(1) in the water mixture(2), extracting using a juice extractor, and adding additives(4) such as sodium bicarbonate and salt to get mugwort juice; putting agricultural product powder(5) such as crushed fresh mugwort, unpolished rice powder, chestnut powder, bean powder, wheat, rice powder, barley powder, millet powder, and gluten into a mixer(6), mixing by shaking, transferring to a kneading mixer(7), adding the mugwort juice and mixing by shaking; putting the dough in a molding machine(8), compressing as thinly as noodle, cutting into rice's length(9); and drying to get the final product(10). |
