PURPOSE: A method for selecting an information fee collecting agency service while accessing to the Internet in an AICPS(Artificial Intelligence Communication Processing System) is provided to collect information fees for a pay site on the Internet by a network operator. Therefore, it is possible to supply conveniences to a user and an IP(Information Provider). CONSTITUTION: A system performs a PPP(Point-to-Point Protocol) connection after connecting a user and an Internet interface(WNAS) with a modem. If the PPP connection is completed, the system drives a web browser, and requests a service selection menu by using a URL. A web menu server transmits a collecting agency service selection menu to the user. The user selects a collecting agency service or a general Internet connection. If the user selects the collecting agency service, the system transmits user IP information to the Internet interface(WNAS). The Internet interface(WNAS) receives a data gram from the user, and capsules the data gram to transmit the data gram to a collecting agency server(WARP). The collecting agency server transmits the data gram to a destination on the Internet. If the data is received from the destination on the Internet to the collection agency server(WARP), the system transmits the data to the user. The collecting agency server(WARP) transmits charging information to a charging server.
