A CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR RAISING OF ROLL

PURPOSE: A clamp for winding a roll is provided to wind up a roll easily even in a narrow space while preventing sliding in roll winding. CONSTITUTION: A clamp(10) for winding a roll supports a bottom of a roll(11) to be wound up and a lever(16) combined with a shackle(15) connected with a hoist(14) with a stopper(13) supporting a top of the roll with connecting to a body(12) supportive of the entire clamp(10). With increase of the hoist(14), the shackle pulls up the lever and the lever rotates around a bracket(20) nearly vertical upon a shaft of the target roll(11). The stopper(13) positioned at a bottom of the lever presses a top of the target roll adjacently. A support(22) of the body supports a bottom of the target roll and the stopper of the lever presses the top to wind up the roll for moving. Afterward, the clamp(10) is readily released by performing in a reverse order of fixing the clamp. The roll fixed by the stopper and by the support(22) is protected from being readily separated or slid from the roll(11) by a rub-frictional member equipped with the stopper and the support.
