PURPOSE: A process for preparing water quality and soil enhancement material is provided for protecting and treating various diseases and promoting growth of fish and vegetable by using the material composed of loess, activated carbon, zeolite and bio-stone. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing water quality and soil enhancement material comprises mixing 70-85% of loess having particle size of 1-5mm, 0-10% of activated carbon having particle size of 1-5mm, 5-10% of zeolite having particle size of 1mm; and 5-20% of bio-stone having particle size of 1-5mm. The material is mixed with water of the aquarium, is sprinkled over soil of the flowerpot or is provided into the water line to be supplied to fishes and/or vegetables in order to protect and remedy different diseases and facilitating the growth of fishes and/or vegetables.
