PURPOSE: Variable shoe is provided to freely adjust the size of shoe, to extend the life of shoe, and to simplify a manufacturing process as well as to reduce the cost of production by forming several shoe by using one mold. CONSTITUTION: The variable shoe comprises an outer shell member(1) shaped following the contour of a foot. The outer shell member is provided with a variable part(2). A front side bottom piece formed with several insertion grooves and hooked grooves is bonded on the bottom of the outer shell member. Also, a rear side bottom piece(4) is bonded to the bottom of the outer shell member. The rear side bottom piece has several hook members insertable into the hooked grooves of the front side bottom piece so that the rear side bottom piece is separated/coupled with the rear side bottom piece. A variable opening and a variable space are defined between the front side bottom piece and the rear side bottom piece.
