PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find out unfairness by a method wherein at least two control units which are connected so as to communicate with each other, and the presence of abnormality is judged by a first control unit and an abnormality is reported through a second control unit based on the judgment. SOLUTION: In a switch job which is performed by a main control unit 140 for controlling a game, various signals such as a shoot stop sensing signal, a touch sensing signal, a count sensing signal, a special region passage sensing signal, etc., are taken into the unit 140 through a relay substrate 123. Whereupon, at first, a judgment is made on the presence of abnormality in data representing a drive state of a count sensing switch 86, a count sensing and special region passage sensing switch 87, and a winning ball delivery solenoid 90, and if there is an abnormality, an error job is performed. That is, if there is an abnormality in winning balls, a report command is sent to a special pattern control unit 160 from the unit 140 to display a symbol such as a numeral, e.g. '8', on a pattern display screen, thereby reporting the abnormality. |
