PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a net-like food composed of fine baked threads and having excellent palatability by supplying a liquid raw material through small holes to the surface of an iron plate. SOLUTION: The net-like food can be produced by preparing a liquid raw material 2 comprising dissolved rice flour as a main raw material, dropping the liquid raw material 2 on a hot plate 6 through small holes 5 of a vessel 3 in the form of threads to form baked threads 7 and forming a net-like material 10 having excellent palatability and a number of openings 8 with the baked threads 7. |
