PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a color reflective function to prints with good productivity and good efficiency and to greatly broaden commercial products power of expression to enhance product value by increasing visibility from a distance at night to contribute to prevention of crimes or safety and, at the same time, by imparting fashionableness by coloring. SOLUTION: This reflective ability printing ink composition containing glass beads and an adhesion resin further comprises mica and/or colored aluminum particles which are smaller in the particle diameter than the glass beads. This ink composition is printed on a base material to form a coated film having color reflective function on the surface of the base material.
