SKIN BONDED OBJECT AND SKIN BONDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding strength of a skin due to fusion bonding and to easily and certainly produce a skin bonded object increased in bonding strength. SOLUTION: Bent end parts 31 are fusion bonded while regulating the flow of a molten resin from the fusion bonded part of the bent end parts toward a leading end to form a ridge part 32 to the boundary part of the skin main bodies 30 bifurcated in cross section from the bent end parts 31. Since the ridge part 32 is fusion bonded to a pair of the bent end parts 31 and a pair of skin main bodies 30, bonding strength is enhanced markedly.
