PRODUCTION OF EASY ADHESIVE POLYAMIDE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an easy adhesive biaxially stretched polyamide film excellent in the adhesion with an easy adhesive coat layer and the laminate adhesiveness with other film. SOLUTION: In a method for obtaining a biaxially stretched polyamide film by coating at least the single surface of an unstretched film with an aq. emulsion prepared by mixing an ionomer type self-emulsion polyurethane resin with a melamine type curing agent and biaxially stretching the coated film, coating is applied to the unstretched film of which the moisture content is set to 2-6 wt.% and, after the moisture of a coating soln. is removed, the coated film is preheated and stretched at set temp. equal to or higher than the thermosetting reaction temp. of the aq. emulsion.
