A support plate 19 is installed on the forward and backward adjustment table 9 through a rotating base 18 capable of being rotation adjusted by a rotation movement adjusting mechanism 20. A face plate 26 capable of being ascended/descended movement-adjusted by an ascending/descending movement adjusting mechanism 28 to the support plate 19 and a piping 47 can be set on the face plate 26.
