PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use difference in centrifugal force as propulsion force by installing a driving motor inside the lower part of a main body frame, securing a rotary plate fitted with a pipe to a rotating shaft, and connecting a differential weight inserted in a pipe and a support fitting provided inside the upper part of the main body frame by a connecting chain. SOLUTION: A rectangular rotary plate 4 is secured to a rotating shaft 3 of a driving motor 2 fixed to the inside lower part of a main body frame 1, and differential weights 6 (6a, 6b) are slidably fitted in pipes 5a, 5b fixed to both end parts of the rotary plate 4. A support fitting 7 fixed to the main body frame 1 side and the differential weights 6 are connected by connecting chains 8 (8a, 8b). During rotation of the rotary plate 4, when the rotating shaft 3, the support fittings 7, the connecting chains 8 and the differential weights 6 are aligned on a straight line, the radius of rotation is elongated so that the centrifugal force becomes maximum, but when the rotary plate 4 is half- rotated, the rotating shaft 3 and the support fittings 7 are replaced so that the radius of rotation is reduced to minimize the centrifugal force. Such a difference in centrifugal force is used as propulsion force to move a mover.
