PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister with a liquefied fuel treating function to flexibly cope with a situation without bending a purge passage in the middle thereof even when there is limitation on a layout. SOLUTION: A canister with a liquefied fuel treating function comprises a liquid reservoir case 21 having an introduction passage communicated with a fuel tank and a purge passage 22 communicated with an intake tube of an engine; and a suction passage 24 situated in the liquid reservoir case 21 and sucking liquefied fuel stored in the liquid reservoir case 21. Liquefied fuel is sucked to the purge passage 22 side by utilizing a flow of fluid in the purge passage 22. In this case, since a suction direction of liquefied fuel in the suction passage 24 is caused to approximately coincide with the flow direction of fluid in the purge passage 22, even when there is a limit on a layout where the upward extending purge passage 22 is situated on the top surface of the canister with a liquefied fuel treating function, coping with a situation is practicable without bending the purge passage 22.
