PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor firmly and positively connectable to a fixed body such as a floor, a wall or a ceiling formed of lightweight concrete. SOLUTION: An anchor driven and fixed into a fixed body K such as a wall, a floor or a ceiling has a cylindrical sheath body 10 first driven into the fixed body K; a nut 20 thread-fastened to the base end of the sheath body 10; and a split pin body 30 inserted in the driven sheath body 10 and further driven. The tip part of the cylindrical sheath body 10 is formed as a solid driving part 12, and at least a lateral pair of apertures 13, 13 are provided at the side wall of a cylinder part 11 in front of the tip part. A guide part for guiding each split leg 34 of the driven split pin body 30 to advance it outward from each aperture 13 is provided in the cylinder part 11.
