PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a water reserving unit with plastic pipes in a water reserving device for storing rain water and for utilizing it to toilet water, so that it can be manufactured lightweightly and inexpensively and arranged along the outdoor wall surface without spaces. SOLUTION: A water reserving unit 1 is constructed by connecting and arranging plastic pipes vertically and horizontally. The water reserving unit 1 is arranged along the outer wall surface under the eaves of a house by means of supporting members 2. The water reserving unit 1 receives and stores the rain water from a gutter 29 under the eaves of the house. The surplus rain water flowing in the water reserving unit 1 is discharged to the outside through an overflow pipe. A water supply port 10 is provided to the underside of the water reserving unit 1. The rain water inside the water reserving unit 1 is supplied to a tank 32 for a toilet through the supply port 10.
