PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate places of attachment and growing of small shellfishes in a set peripheral area and efficiently prevent attachment of shellfishes on a water contact wall face by densely providing a fibrous hairlike body on the water contact wall face with sea water in a waving state. SOLUTION: Fibrous hairlike bodies (a)..., are densely provided on a water contact wall face with sea water in a waving state. The thickness of the fibrous hairlike body is 0.5-3 mm, the length from the wall face to the waving end is preferably 3-20 cm, and it is preferably provided in density of 1-3 pieces/cm2. Thus, a gap is eliminated for the entrance to the wall face by small shellfishes, which are prevented from attaching to the fibrous hairlike body (a). Thereby attachment of the shellfishes to the wall face is efficiently prevented, the removing work of the shellfishes is hardly required, even such occasion occurs, a removing period can be extended to an extreme.
