PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically insulative resin composition that can be used in the electronic and electric purposes, for example, prepregs for substrates, sealants, adhesives for surface mounting, conformal coating or the like. SOLUTION: This electrically insulative resin composition includes a zeolite dehydration agent that gives the supernatant with a pH of 4.0-11.0 after 1 hour leaving of the zeolite slurry prepared by dispersing 10 wt.% solid components in the deionized water. In this case the content of the zeolite dehydration agent is 5-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the resin.
