At this time accompanying that a plurality of wire-meshes 23, 24 arranged just behind the burner are heated up, the minute magnesium dust 1 not burned by the burner is burned into ash. After the ash ash hot air, which have passed through the combustor 21, are cooled by a cooling filter 30, the ash is separated and collected by a plurality of filters 6, 7. Further, the air 9, which has been removed by passing through both of the filters 6, 7, is exhausted from an air outlet 12.
