PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve ease of handling with a higher cleaning performance by a method wherein a hot air generation means is built in, a dish drying chamber is made up of a body having a drain hole in the top surface thereof and a lid body and a water receiving pan is detachably housed to place a dish cage thereon. SOLUTION: A hot air generation means comprising a heater and a blower is built in behind a body 1 to form a hot air generation means housing chamber. A lid body 6 comprising a plurality of lid pieces 7 freely openable is provided on the top surface of the body 1 to form a dish drying chamber 8 and a drain hole 9 is formed in the bottom surface thereof. A water receiving pan 10 is detachably disposed below the drain hole. Then, a dish cage 23 and a water receiving plate 16 are housed into the dish drying chamber 8. A small article housing part 11 is formed at a lower part of the body 1 and a small article drying chamber is formed to house a tray 12 for housing a small article such as chopping block free to move in or out. Thus, the dish cage 23 or the like is taken out to be washed by water, thereby facilitating cleaning.
