PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing unit having a function of guiding information such as a date, a time or the like by a voice. SOLUTION: A sound source for generating a voice is contained in a portable cover body 1 opened at one side, and a switch button 5 is provided at an outside of the body 1. A voice generating function constituted to send a voice message from the sound source when the button 5 is pressed is provided, and the sealing unit 2 such as a liquid-impregnated seal, an official seal or the like is associated with an opening of the body 1. |
