PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To follow the high reciprocating speed of a diaphragm, transfer a great quantity of powder, improve durability with less wear and destruction due to contact with an inlet or outlet for the powder and prevent the interruption of image forming operation due to the shortage of toner. SOLUTION: A pump has a reciprocating diaphragm 1, a mainbody case 3 defining an operating chamber 2 with the diaphragm 1, a plurality of inflow outlets 4 formed in the mainbody case 3 for inflow or outflow of powder as air mixture into/from the operating chamber 2 and an inflow outlet multilayer structured valve 5 formed in a multilayer structure for opening/closing the inflow outlet 4 with the operation of the diaphragm 1. |
