PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw earth for extrusion molding a honeycomb wherein extrudability is favorable, a crack or splinter of a surface of a molding is hardly generated and the deforming of a cell or the molding itself within the molding can be prevented even if a thin wall honeycomb having >=100 μm wall-thickness is molded. SOLUTION: This raw earth for extrusion molding a honeycomb has a rheological characteristic comprising a 1.5×106-5.0×106 (Pa) storage modulus and a 4.0×104-9.0×104 (Pa.s) complex viscosity in the viscoelastic characteristics test, and a 5.0×104-1.5×105 (Pa) yield value and a 10.0-100.0 (Pa.s) plastic viscosity in the capillary rheometer test. |
