CLOSURE PLUG FOR TRANSCATHETER OPERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closure plug for a transcatheter operation with neither leak nor residual short circuiting by allowing application for losses varied in shape with limited risk of damaging blood vessels. SOLUTION: A closure plug for transcatheter operation is provided with relatively large first and second ring-shaped parts 11 and 12 at both ends thereof and contains a longitudinally freely stretching fixed member 1 having a shape storing force and a closure film 2 to close a ring of a first ring-shaped part 11 of the fixed member 1. The first ring-shaped part 11 is fixed on the ring and linked to a second ring shaped part 12 after gradually reduced in diameter in the direction of the second ring-shaped part 12. The second ring-shaped part 12 may be provided with a grip part 13 if necessary.
